Fitness Classes
Group classes are a great affordable option for anybody looking to add more activity into their lifestyle.
You get the wonderful benefit of having your own personal training session, but in a smaller group format. A fun and positive group setting with social interaction - a wonderful way to connect with others who also share your same passion for wellness!
Statistics show that the rentention rate in group programs is much higher than just working out on your own. You're more likely to stick to your program when joining up with a friend for support!

1 Hour Fitness classes are a good balance and include: a good warm-up, some cardio elements, emphasis on strength training all of the major muscles groups as well as stretch, cool-down and relaxation components.
1 Hour Yoga/Stretch classes are comprised of some Power Yoga: Standing Strength, Balance and poses; with some
abdominal and Plank work plus many stretches and relaxation.
