Skating is more than just a sport - it is dance on ice! It is a beautiful art form requiring major physical and mental strength, determination and willpower.
Similar to my Fit4Dance program, I provide tailored and unique dance-inspired fitness classes designed to help strengthen the lower and upper body of figure skaters, so they can land jumps and movements with ease.
A solid program incorporating:
- Cardiovascular Conditioning
- Upper body, Lower body and Core strengthening
- Flexibility, Balance & Coordination
