Hello! My name is Crystal and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (PTS) in the tri-city area. My main focus is Women’s Health, Fitness & Wellness. Why do I do what I do?
To educate, enrich and empower women to be the best they can be!
I would describe my approach to fitness as??? Fun-loving, hardworking, no nonsense full body fitness training for all levels and walks of life! Many big gyms can be a little overwhelming so I like to provide a non-intimidating gym environment for all of my clients in my in-home private training studio as well as the option for customized mobile fitness training to your doorstep! Mobile training is quite convenient for many busy women and saves you the travel time of going to the gym.
I am also a Certified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist (PFS) and work with clients during all stages of their pregnancy (pre, during & postnatal). For some Mom's with a new baby or multiple children it is harder to get out of the house to go to classes, so mobile training works well during naptime!
I am also a Certified Older Adult Fitness Specialist (OAS) working with clients ages 50 to 90! I have been involved in fitness and dance all of my life. My dance experience is extensive, having danced for 28 years and instructed for 10+ years. (R.A.D. and C.D.T.A.)
My passion is to help you get fit, strong and healthy. I continue to expand my knowledge on new and exciting health trends. Fitness should be challenging but fun too!

It is my desire to educate women or couples of all ages about the health benefits of regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. I am eager to share my knowledge and help keep you motivated towards achieving your fitness goals. What makes me unique? I look at fitness with a holistic approach – mind, body and spirit. My caring, passion and enthusiasm for fitness gives me a sincere desire to help you be the best YOU that you can be! You CAN do it and I look forward to sharing in that success with you.

You can work-out in the comfort of your own home with your own personal support system that will kick your work-out into high gear! Whether you are a beginner or have been exercising on your own for awhile; everyone can benefit from hiring a personal trainer!
