Accepting Registrations for our Upcoming WINTER Sessions - 2020
Offering small group sessions in my home studio
4 ladies max per class only. Extra Drop Ins are welcome to all outdoor classes.

DESCRIPTIONS:
GroupFit A Class: A great 1 hour session comprised of strength training for beginners or intermediates. Full body strength exercises, introductory to drills, core & balance components as well stretch. Beginner Plyometrics.
GroupFit B Class: A more intense 1 hour session comprised of Plyometrics (jumping & cardio drills), Full Body Strength exercises, Core, Balance & Stretch. Ages 20+ are welcome. If you have problems jumping, then I would highly recommend the GroupFit A Class first before trying this more intense session.
A wonderful way to take advantage of having a personal trainer in a small group setting.
Things to bring:
- Wear comfortable workout clothes
- Water bottle
- Please bring indoor and outdoor running shoes for workouts
(I prefer to not have any outdoor shoes in the studio to keep the dust to a minimum

(If there is availability) However there will be no refunds for missed classes. Please do your best to be in attendence! You will get better results with consistency! WINTER WEATHER: I have yet to cancel a class due to the weather, however if for some reason, we are hit with an unexpected snow storm and it is dangerous to be on the roads, I will have to cancel class that day. Again, you are welcome to make it up on another night during the session providing I have the space available. Always email me or call, before attending another class.
